Traditional Taiwanese Osmanthus Petal and Lotus Paste Mooncake蓮香桂花台湾月饼

This traditional Taiwanese mooncake has a light, buttery crust made from beaten egg yolk, milk powder, and special sugar syrup. It is less sweet than the traditional Hong Kong style mooncake.  It is paired with low fat, low sugar, refreshing and delicious osmanthus flower and lotus paste filling.

This flavour is offered our Taiwanese mooncake gift box. The character on top is the second character in "蛋糕大王“, which the Chinese name of the bakery. The character "糕” means "pastry" or "cake".
