Light Cheese Cake Round 轻乳酪蛋糕（圆）

Fluffy and soft, sweet and tasty! This is our delightful light cheesecake, known as the " Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake", which originated in Hakada, Japan in 1948. Similar to chiffon cake, light cheesecake has a fluffy texture produced by whipping egg white and egg yolk separately. It contains less sugar and less cheese to the Western cheese cake.

This cake does not include birthday decorations. If you would like writing and fruit on the cake there is an extra charge of $15.
