Our mango cake is made from real mango puree combined with super soft vanilla chiffon layers. This cake is made with vanilla chiffon cake, mango mousse and real mango chunks. Decorated with white cream masking, cream piping real mango chunks, silver sugar balls, edible gold leaves and a cute mint leaf.
