Our mango cake is made from real mango puree combined with super soft chocolate chiffon layers. This cake is made with chocolate chiffon cake, mango mousse and macaron shell. Decorated with yellow and white cream masking, a thin layer of mango jelly, and some silve sugar balls. Simple but stunning.
