Our black forest cake is topped with handmade chocolate shavings, cream, and maraschino cherries. The gateaux layers are made with chocolate chiffon cake, cream with chocolate flakes, and blueberry jam. It is our take on the classic German dessert, the " Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte", literally meaning "Black Forest Cherry-torte".
