Our black forest cake is topped with handmade chocolate shavings, cream and crunchy candied strawberries, gateaux layers are made with chocolate chiffon cake, cream with chocolate crumbs and blueberry jam. It is our take on the classic German dessert " Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte", meaning "Black Forest Cherry-torte".
