Light Cheese Cake Small 轻乳酪蛋糕(小)

Fluffy and soft, sweet and tasty! This is our delightful light cheese cake, known as the " Uncle Tetsu Cheesecake", which originated in Hakada, Japan in 1948. Similar to chiffon cake, light cheese cake has a fluffy texture produced by whipping egg white and egg yolk separately. It contains less sugar and less cheese to the Western cheese cake.
