Hand made traditional "Wife cookies", also known as "Sweet heart cookies". It is the literal translation of it's Cantonese name, "lou po beng". Highly popular in Hong Kong and China. It has a long legend in Chinese culture. Sweet mochi filling, with a flaky outside pastry.
