Hand made traditional "Husband cookies", also known as "Sweet heart cookies". It is the literal translation of its Cantonese name, "lou gong beng". Highly popular in Hong Kong and China. It has a long legend in Chinese culture. Savoury nutty filling inside, with a flaky outside pastry.
